Metal Ferrol assumes the challenges marked by the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement as its own, so they are embedded in its business activities, particularly in those related to CSR. The company is firmly resolved to reduce GHG emissions and contribute to the fight against climate change by minimizing the environmental impact caused by its activity.
Therefore, with the help of intheMOVE, the company’s carbon footprint was calculated following the guidelines of the international standard Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), which inspired the ISO 14064 series (14064: 2012) on greenhouse gases.
